Dear Friends,

The Summer is moving quickly toward Fall, the harvest is being brought in, and the last of the projects for the season are being planned at the Republic of Lakotah.

greendiyenergy2We are concluding the Summer Build with the most exciting project to date. We will be partnering with Brian Clarke of GreenDIYEnergy.com to fabricate and install solar panels! This will be a great, hands-on project that will provide immediate power to the ranch, the T.R.E.A.T.Y. School and the local head-start building. With adequate volunteers, we also plant to fabricate panels for the elderly center here in Porcupine. Both local and visiting folks will be instructed in how to construct low-cost solar panels by Brian Clarke of GreenDIYEnergy. We are accepting volunteers for the period of time between Sunday, September 27th and Tuesday October 6th. This will be a fantastic learning opportunity for all involved and we encourage you to contact us immediately if you are interested.
