There is a federal court hearing in March. As of yet no word out of washington on what they intend to do. If history is any indicator they will move forward in the courts to justify this unlawful seizure of Dakotah Oyate land. If the IRS succeeds then all People of First Nations will find themselves subject to paying employment taxes for paying their own employees within their own duly constituted legal and national boundries.
