I support the rights of the indigenous people of Palestine to possess their inherent land just as I support the First Nations People their rights to govern their territories and lands on this continent. I am not afraid to stand up for what I believe is just; rather I am proud to do so.

Hospital officials were not available for comment... http://news.yahoo.com/israeli-troops-ki ... 51627.html.

Why won't "they" comment? For, clearly, Odai al Darawish's death is a criminal act according to the World Court's Rules of Engagement:
Quote:
The Court considered that the construction of the wall and its associated regime of measures create a "fait accompli" on the ground that could well become permanent, in which case it would be tantamount to de facto annexation. In the Court's view, the wall's construction, along with measures taken previously, "severely impedes the exercise by the Palestinian people of its right to self-determination, and is therefore a breach of Israel's obligation to respect that right." (Para. 122.) http://www.asil.org/insigh141.cfm.
If I missed something I ask that someone inform me regarding this situation in Palestine. Looks to me like the same sinister ways the western hemisphere has stolen and destroyed precious lands, water, and most importantly, human beings who are the true owners of the land. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PeCHBEOBVrw
