I find it appalling that the rich and famous of this world think that just because they have looks, money, fame, or connections they have it all. I would like to see all these people on reservations so they could really know what its like to struggle and then we could see how much attention they would garner (that's all they're looking for in my opinion). Let's see them walk the walk and then see how far they get (about as far as White Clay):

lilac, when I was a kid columbus day was a non event because we didn't get any time off from school. But it did start the race to halloween, thanksgiving and then christmas. I know your thread is on thanksgiving but I ran across these articles the other day and I hope it is relevant because to me all 'holidays' are the same premise:
